You should download correct edition which correspond to your Windows' edition (32bit or 64bit).
If you get wrong edition, it won't work properly. (Most Windows PC are 32bit edition. But, nowadays, 64bit edition of Windows7 has been also used widely.)

64bit edition of NCSwitch hasn't been released yet. We are developing now. If you use 64bit Windows, please download 64bit edition of "NCSwitch Professional" instead of "NCSwitch". (You can use same function as NCSwitch even if you don't purchase a license key of NCSwitch Professional.)
